There are a number of issues that may cause a card transaction to be unsuccessful.
In order for a transaction to be accepted, some of which may be obvious, please ensure:
- Your account has sufficient funds
- The address you have entered on your YoYo Account matches the address that you have linked to your credit/debit card
- Your credit/debit card is capable of making international payments as YoYo Games is based in the United Kingdom
There may be other reasons that the card issuer could block the transaction. In the event of a failed transaction we suggest that you speak with the card issuer to identify the cause of the failed transaction.
If you are still unable to make a purchase after speaking with the card issuer, you can contact our support team by creating a Support Ticket Here and selecting the Issue Type 'Purchasing and Refunds'.
